Breathwork: This involves various techniques focused on the conscious control of breathing patterns to influence physical, mental, and emotional states. Bringing us back calm and back to our authentic selves.
Meditation: Different forms of meditation are practiced to help individuals achieve a state of calm, clarity, and mindfulness. This can include guided meditation, mindfulness and chakra meditation, among other techniques aimed at reducing stress and enhancing mental well-being all including breathwork.
Positive Stress: Also known as eustress, positive stress is introduced through activities that challenge the body and mind in a healthy way, such as cold exposure and physical exercise. This helps build resilience and improve overall well-being. Ice bath training, individual or group sessions.
Reiki Healing: This is a form of energy healing that involves the transfer of universal energy through the palms of the practitioner to the patient. It aims to balance the body's energy, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural healing processes
Indian head massage: Therapeutic massage is offered to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This practice can help alleviate physical discomfort and enhance overall physical health.
Reflexology: Reflexology is a therapy where pressure is applied to specific points on the feet and hands, These points correspond to different parts of the body. Stimulating promotes relaxation, better circulation, and the body's natural healing. It's often used for stress and tension relief and many more incredible benefits.
